We wanted to give our clients and friends an update on how we here at Keystone Realty Group have adapted our practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please know that we’re doing everything in our power to both meet your real estate needs and keep you safe during this unprecedented time.

Here are a few ways we’ve come up with to make the home buying and selling processes a little easier:

  • We’re offering virtual tours of our listings so that your first tour of a property can be from the safety of your home. The impressive detail of these tours are designed to give you an accurate first impression of a home without having to take that introductory visit. Check out this preview of our virtual tours! They’re pretty cool, if we do say so ourselves.
  • Of course, if you love what you see from a virtual tour, you’ll want to see that home in person. We’ll still be offering in-person tours of homes–both our listings and homes listed with other agencies. We’ll do those from a safe social distance with super cool blue shoe covers, masks, wipes–the works!
  • When it comes time to sign documents, we are offering the option of electronic signature on all paperwork so that you can sign and initial from the comfort of your own home. Plus, you don’t have to print a thing.  If you can email, you can sign electronically!
  • We are working together with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and appraisers to make sure you are taken care of every step of the way through your real estate process.

Although these are scary times, we also wanted to assure you that you shouldn’t be afraid to buy or sell a home right now! Don’t just take it from us. Here’s a great collection of articles from the experts at Realtor.com that answers every question in the book about real estate in the time of the coronavirus.
